With more than 35 years of experience and expertise, Atelier Chaloub Architectes is distinguished by its extensive portfolio of renowned residential projects in Montreal and its surroundings. We are seeking an Intermediate Technologist or Technician passionate about architecture to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop detailed execution plans;

• Coordinate plans with stakeholders;

• Verify compliance with codes and various regulations;

• Write and update specification sections;

• Participate in coordination meetings with other professionals and clients;

• Prepare reports and forms related to construction site follow-ups

• Correct drawings.

Skills required:

• A minimum of five (5) years' experience in architectural firms;

• Proficiency in Revit;

• Attention to detail and good communication skills;

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and excellent priority managemen;

• Ability to write and communicate in French.

Conditions of employment:

• Full-time, permanent position (35 hours per week);

• Office-based with the possibility of a hybrid work model after 3 months;

• Salary commensurate with experience;
