Following the purchase of the Ilot Voyageur by Aquilini Groupe in 2013, Atelier Chaloub was tasked with repurposing the existing concrete structure on the site and re-designing it into a multi-phase 500+ unit development on top of the Montreal Gare d’Autocar terminal, of which the two first phases were completed in 2016. The last two phases were put on hold.
