Designed to fit its site, it defines the Saint-Jacques/De Courcelle intersection while framing a park at the rear. The project honors local history through its name, interpretive plaques, and site references. Features like a semi-private transition space, a porte-cochère linking the courtyard, and double-height lobbies enhance integration and livability.
