2950 Ontario, set in the east of the Ville-Marie neighborhood, is a mixed residential project in three parts integrating affordable and social housing. Fitting into a complex site between a viaduct and railroads, this project is involved in the revitalization of this sector of Ontario Street. With a sober architecture, gaming withdrawals and volumetric input processing, it affirms a contemporary simplicity of adding character to the site and integration at the urban scale. The treatment of materials was studied to reduce the surrounding noise pollution.
