Le Canal 1 is a residential project of 10-14 storey located on the banks of the Lachine Canal in Griffintown. Guided by the desire to preserve local history, the project’s concept draws its inspiration from the area’s industrial remnants. Architectural elements have been carefully integrated to maintain and honor the site’s historical heritage while creating a harmonious dialogue with a modern, new environment.
