ARCHITECT – PROJECT MANAGER
In a context of sustained growth, Atelier Chaloub Architectes is seeking an experienced Architect – Project Manager to lead large-scale mandates from concept through completion, working closely with the Principal Architect and internal teams.

Your Role
Reporting to the Principal Architect, you will oversee the full lifecycle of architectural projects – from early design through delivery – ensuring design excellence, effective coordination, and adherence to schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from concept to final delivery.
Coordinate internal teams, engineers, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Plan, assign, and supervise project team workloads.
Actively contribute to architectural concept development and client presentations.
Mentor team members and review drawings and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Define and validate technical and functional decisions (drawings, specifications, construction details).
Oversee the production of construction drawings and contractual documents.
Contribute to proposals and business development efforts.
Perform related duties as required.
Required Profile
Member in good standing of the OAQ.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
Significant experience in multi-unit residential projects.
Strong project management and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
Solid knowledge of the current versions of the Québec Construction Code and the National Energy Code for Buildings.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
Professional proficiency in French.

Employment Conditions
Permanent, full-time position (35 hours/week).
In-office position, with the possibility of a hybrid work model after 3 months.
